Does XQDC offer lower-priced updates of old X-Setup Pro versions?

No, simply because we do not charge you anything when a new X-Setup Pro version is released – your Update Protection allows you to use any new version of X-Setup Pro within its validity period.

What happens if my Update Protection has expired and I want to use the current version?

You will need to buy a new license of X-Setup Pro that will automatically include another year Update Protection.

Does XQDC offer a “Minor Version Updates free” program?

No, we only offer the yearly based Update Protection.

Can I buy additional Update Protections at any time or does this narrow my current Update Protection year?

Yes, you can buy additional Update Protections at any time. An Update Protection is always bound to a serial number so your system will simply add the additional Update Protections to the period already associated with your serial number.
You can buy additional Update Protections directly when you buy your license for X-Setup Pro or at any later date. However, you should never let your Update Protection expire since this will require you to buy a new license for X-Setup Pro later.

How do I buy additional Update Protections?

Simply go to our Shop.

How can I see how long my Update Protection is valid?

Use the Status report function.

What happens when I lose my serial number?

Use the Retrieve serial number function.
